This option is only available when your order status is at the 'order taken' stage. For orders with a status of 'processing', you must contact us on 02891814445 or through email confirming your intent to cancel. For orders that are shown as 'Sent' you must wait for delivery of these items then follow the procedures set out below.<br /></span><span style="font:11px Trebuchet, Verdana, serif; font-weight:bold; font-weight:bold; ">Cancelling an order after delivery:</span><span style="font:11px Trebuchet, Verdana, serif; "><br />Under the United Kingdom's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of most items within seven working days of delivery.<br />To cancel this contract/order, please email us at returns@faxcop.co.uk with your intentions within 7 working days of delivery. Following notification of cancellation, the product should be returned to us in its original packaging and in an unused and re-saleable condition. The cost of returning the goods will be the customer’s responsibility. Please quote your order number if one has been used and full name in all references. If your product is faulty on delivery you will not be responsible for the return delivery charge if, following our assessment of the product upon its return to us, we agree that it is faulty. In the unlikely event you find you are still receiving spam faxes you should try the following things:<br /><br />1) Ensure the FaxCop is switched on, you can do this by checking that the red blocking LED is on.<br /> <br /> If the LED is off check that all cables are inserted correctly at the back of the FaxCop.<br /><br />2) Ensure the bypass LED is off , if it is on you can switch it off setting the bypass switch on the right hand side of the unit to off.<br /><br />3) You can adjust the settings of your FaxCop to apply a stronger filter. <a href="http://www.faxcop.co.uk/support/faq_files/../faq.html#Question102" rel="self" title="FAQ:Which settings should I use?">Please see Which settings should I use.</a>

We suggest you setup your FaxCop initially using the RD mode. <br /><br />This can be set via the toggle switch on the back of the Faxcop.<br /><br />In the unlikely event you are still receiving spam faxes you should select the AR mode.
